"Stampede" represents the stampede scene, in which Scar baits Mufasa into rescuing his son, Simba. After Mufasa falls to his death, the score changes tone, becoming more somber and sorrowful as Simba discovers his father's body. It ends as the hyenas chase Simba from the Pride Lands.
