Early life[]
Slippy lived within or close by the jungle.[1]
Haari's disappearance[]
When Timon was searching the foliage for grubs, out slithered the largest snail he had ever seen. Terrified, the meerkat fled for his life, but he pulled to a halt when the snail assured him that he was friendly. Slippy went on to observe Timon's companions and noted that Mayik and Mayika bore a strong resemblance to a monkey he had seen only a few days ago. Eager to hear news of their son, the monkeys pressed Slippy for information, and he informed them that the little monkey had last been seen walking off with a snake.[1]
Physical appearance[]
Slippy is an oversized snail, with a creamy brown shell and two stunted antennae. His main body is tan, while his chest is dark brown.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Friendly and good-natured, Slippy enjoys meeting other animals. He is extremely helpful, as he gave Mayik and Mayika vital clues about the whereabouts of their lost son, Haari.[1]
