Simba's cousins are male lions. They are members of Mufasa's pride. They are the cousins of Simba.
Biography
Early life
Simba's cousins were born to an unnamed male lion and an unnamed lioness. They lived in the Pride Lands as members of Mufasa's pride.[1]
Simba's choir
Simba's cousins lay, crying, in their mother's paws. While Mufasa, Nala, and Sarabi fawned over the cubs, Simba was annoyed by their persistent crying. Despite Simba's irritation, Mufasa instructed him to arrange a choir for the cubs in honor of their birth. When Simba arranged a choir of unusual animals and performed for his cousins, the music managed to soothe them into sleep, and Simba admitted that maybe the youngsters were cute after all.[1]
Physical appearances
One of Simba's cousins has deep golden fur and a pale yellow muzzle, pale yellow paws, and a pale yellow underbelly. The other cub is tawny-furred, with a pale chest and muzzle. Unlike his brother, his paws are the same color as the rest of his body.[1]
Personalities and traits
Simba's cousins frequently fuss and cry. However, they enjoyed the music put on by Simba's unusual choir.[1]

Trivia
- Simba's cousins are male, as they are referred to as "burschen," which is German for "boys, lads" or "fellows, guys."[1][2]
- In Issue 62 of The Lion King: A Nature Fun and Learn Series, the "Puzzles" section states that Simba has a cousin named Mtoto, who is the son of Sarabi's sister.[3]
