Timon and Pumbaa's gossip[]
| “ | ” |
When Simba summoned Timon and Pumbaa to him, Pumbaa called him the "ruler of all four-legged creatures," with Timon adding that he also ruled "that three-legged zebra." Realizing Timon meant Ron, Pumbaa remarked that that had been tragic, and Timon joked that it had been an "eat-and-run."
Later, while Timon and Pumbaa were babysitting Kiara, a strange figure approached, and they mistook it for Ron. Terrified that Ron had overheard everything they had been saying about him, Timon urged Kiara and Pumbaa to run for their lives, while Pumbaa proclaimed that they had only been joking. To their relief, the newcomer revealed himself to be Rafiki.[1]
