Phoenica is a female flamingo.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Phoenica lived in the Pride Lands.[1]
Appeal to King Mufasa[]
One day, while King Mufasa was speaking to the hornbills, Phoenica greeted him alongside her fellow flamingos. One flamingo told Mufasa that they needed to discuss the hornbills' financial wings, and Phoenica agreed. Another flamingo suggested that they should hire the hornbills so they could "be in the pink," but Zazu retorted that the flamingos were smelling their own feathers. Disgusted, Phoenica remarked on how Zazu smelled like a rhinoceros' bottom. Eventually, Mufasa struck an agreement between the two groups, tasking the flamingos with managing the hornbills' finances and the hornbills with spreading news about the flamingos' extraordinary ability to handle payments.[1]
Physical appearance[]
Phoenica is a moderately sized flamingo with pink feathers, an orange beak, and pale pink eye rims and legs. Her beak and wings are both tipped with black. She has a prominent cowlick, long eyelashes, and black eyes.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Phoenica is friendly and personable. However, she can be biting when in an argument, as seen when she insulted Zazu for his stench.[1]
