Simba's triumphant ascension up Pride Rock, a scene that comprises a section of "King of Pride Rock (Score)"

The first notes of "King of Pride Rock (Score)" can be heard after Scar calls Sarabi to Pride Rock. The track plays through their heated confrontation on the peak and carries into Simba's revelation to the pride that he is still alive. Parts of Scar's verbal confrontation with Simba can be heard before the track skips to the start of the rainstorm that signifies the end of the final battle. At this point, the track documents Simba's triumphant ascension up Pride Rock and ends on the final reprise of "Circle of Life" heard at the conclusion of the film.
