Simba: Kiara, are you listening? Accidents can happen. You could easily get hurt or stepped...
Kiara: Hurt or stepped on or even get lost.
Simba: And remember, I want you to stay in sight of Pride Rock at all...
Kiara: At all times! I know. And if I see any strangers, don't talk to them. Come straight home. Okay, okay, can I go now? Please?
—Kiara chafes at Simba's overprotectiveness[src]

The mighty hunter has cornered her prey.
―Kiara stalks a butterfly[src]

Whoa! Cool! The Outlands. I wonder what's out there...
―Kiara overlooks the Outlands[src]

Kiara: Would someone please just listen to me?
Timon: I'm sorry. I wasn't listening. Did you say something, princess?
Kiara: I'm not just a princess, you know. That's only half of who I am!
—Kiara and Timon[src]

Kovu: What are you doing?
Kiara: My father says to never turn your back on an Outsider!
Kovu: You always do what Daddy says?
Kiara: No!
Kovu: Bet you do. Bet you're Daddy's little girl!
—Kiara and Kovu first meet as cubs[src]

Whoa, man! Did you see the size of those teeth? They were goin', "Rawr, rawr, rawr, rawr!" He was just totally eatin' you up right there, and I jumped on his head, and I bopped him so good. We make such a good team! And you...you were really brave.
―Kiara to Kovu on the crocodile attack[src]

Hello? You run. I tag. Get it? What's the matter? Don't you know how to play?
―Kiara attempts to play with Kovu[src]

Simba: If something happened to you, I don't know what I'd do. One day, I won't be here, and I need you to carry on in my place. You are part of the great Circle of...
Kiara: Circle of Life. I know.
Simba: Exactly. And you need to be careful. As future queen...
Kiara: But what if I don't wanna be queen? It's no fun.
Simba: That's like saying you don't want to be a lion. It's in your blood...as I am. We are part of each other.
—Simba scolds Kiara[src]

If there's so much I must be, can I still just be me, the way I am? Can I trust in my own heart, or am I just one part of some big plan?
―Kiara during "We Are One"[src]

Daddy...you have to promise to let me do this on my own. Promise?
―Kiara before her first hunt[src]

Kiara: My father sent you. After he promised to let me do this on my own. He lied!
Timon: No. He just doesn't want you to get hurt.
Kiara: I should have known he'd never give me a real chance. I'll do this on my own, away from the Pride Lands!
—Kiara rebels against Simba[src]

Kiara: Where am I?
Kovu: You're safe...in the Pride Lands.
Kiara: The Pride Lands... No! Why did you bring me here? Who do you think you are?
Kovu: I think I'm the one who just saved your life!
Kiara: Look, I had everything under control.
Kovu: Not from where I'm standing.
Kiara: Then move downwind.
—Kiara and Kovu reunite as young adults[src]

Kiara: Father, how could you break your promise?
Simba: It's a good thing I did. I almost lost you. No more hunts for you; not ever!
Kiara: But I was doing just fine! Even before Kovu...
—Kiara argues with Simba[src]

Kiara: Hey, uh, thanks for saving me today.
Kovu: What kind of hunter are you, anyway, princess? You almost got yourself killed out there.
Kiara: What?
Kovu: You wouldn't last three days on your own.
Kiara: Oh, and I suppose you could teach me?
Kovu: Heh. Yeah.
—Kovu and Kiara[src]

Kiara: Impress me. We start at dawn.
Kovu: I look forward to it.
—Kiara challenges Kovu to teach her how to hunt[src]

You could hear me...huh?
―Kiara to Kovu when he dodges her attack[src]

Kovu: Why are we doing this? What's the point of this training?
Kiara: Training? This is just for fun!
Kovu: Fun?
—Kiara and Kovu as they chase birds[src]

Look! There's one that looks like a baby rabbit. See the fluffy tail?
―Kiara as she stargazes[src]

Kovu: I've never done this before.
Kiara: Really? My father and I used to do this all the time. He says all the Great Kings of the Past are up there.
—Kiara and Kovu stargaze[src]

"Upendi." It means "love," doesn't it?
―Kiara during "Upendi"[src]

Daddy, it can't be true.
―Kiara protests Kovu's innocence after the ambush[src]

Daddy, please. Listen to him!
―Kiara implores Simba to believe Kovu[src]

Simba: He used you to get to me!
Kiara: No! He loves me...for me!
Simba: Because you are my daughter! You will not leave Pride Rock. You will stay where I can keep an eye on you...away from him!
Kiara: You don't know him!
Simba: I know he's following in Scar's pawprints...and I must follow in my father's.
Kiara: You will never be Mufasa!
—Kiara argues with Simba about Kovu's exile[src]

Kiara: Kovu...we have to go back.
Kovu: You're kidding. But we're finally together!
Kiara: Our place is with our pride. If we run away, they'll be divided forever.
—Kovu and Kiara[src]

Kiara: A wise king once told me, "We are one." I didn't understand what he meant... Now, I do.
Simba: But they...
Kiara: Them...us... Look at them. They are us. What differences do you see?
—Kiara convinces Simba to forgive the Outsiders[src]

Zira! Give me your paw! Zira, come on. I'll help you.
―Kiara offers to save Zira[src]

Kiara: At least I have my life figured out! What are you going to grow up to be, little brother?
Kion: Happy?
—Kiara and Kion[src]

I can't believe we're related.
―Kiara on Kion[src]

You wouldn't be stuck, if you didn't keep stopping to sharpen your claws on every other tree.
―Kiara to Zuri[src]

Okay, Bunga. You've done enough saving for one day.
―Kiara[src]

You and Bunga? Protecting the Pride Lands? Does Dad know about this?
―Kiara makes fun of Kion[src]

Oh, brother! Kion's gonna wreck the Pride Lands before I even get to be queen.
―Kiara[src]

Kiara: Be sure to stay low while we're tracking the herd. And we need stay downwind, so they don't catch our scent. That's why it's important to watch how the grass moves.
Tiifu: Are we going to attack them?
Kiara: No. My dad says we should only take what the pride needs, to keep the Circle of Life in balance. If we took down gazelles just to learn how to do it, pretty soon, there wouldn't be any left. Then we'd be as bad as the hyenas.
—Kiara and Tiifu on hunting[src]

Nala: You're safe.
Kiara: I might not be if it weren't for Kion and his friends. I guess he knew what he was doing when he picked them.
—Kiara on the Lion Guard[src]

"The Rise of Makuu"

Can't you do something about it, Dad? You're king over all the animals in the Pride Lands.
―Kiara to Simba

Zazu's just received word that a herd of giraffe have just moved into the baboons' forest.
―Kiara

Mom and Dad are not gonna be happy to find Pride Rock full of baboons.
―Kiara

The animals in the Pride Lands need to get back where they belong!
―Kiara

Oh, that's great. Uh, but don't you guys have bigger things to worry about? Like, oh, I dunno... Baboons overrunning Pride Rock?!
―Kiara to the Lion Guard

"Can't Wait to be Queen"

I'm so sorry, Dad. Uh, how long will you be gone?
―Kiara to Simba

The elands use that same path. If the elands step on the beehives, they'll get stung! The herd would break up, and there could be chaos.
―Kiara

I am the queen. And I'll do what I think is best for the Pride Lands.
―Kiara

I think I just reconsidered your proposal.
―Kiara to Janja

Think you can take us both on?
―Kiara to Janja

"Fuli's New Family"

You girls ready?
―Kiara to Tiifu and Zuri

Come on, Zuri. Focus!
―Kiara

Ladies, follow me.
―Kiara to Tiifu and Zuri

Thanks, Mom.
―Kiara to Nala

"Bunga and the King"

Race you there.
―Kiara

Attending concerts is one duty I know I can handle.
―Kiara

Yeah, as in Dad's trying not to let Bunga drive him crazy.
―Kiara

But they're expecting all of us. What about tradition?
―Kiara on Ma Tembo's herd

"Baboons!"

You know I have to be back soon. It's the first time I'm presiding over the Royal Buffalo Wallow. My mom and dad won't be there. It's just me. So, I have to make a good impression.
―Kiara to Tiifu and Zuri

Ugh! I said, 'We're trapped!' And I don't want to keep the buffaloes waiting. We have to find a way to cross that river!
―Kiara

No time to wait. Besides, I've got a plan. We're gonna make a stepping stone path to shore. All we need is a few big stones.
―Kiara

That's what princesses do. Now, let's get out of here. Kion?
―Kiara

There are more important things than how you look. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a royal duty to perform.
―Kiara

"The Trail to Udugu"

Are you gonna let me pin ya too?
―Kiara to Kion

Maybe a bunch of animals who want to meet their future queen...and her little brother.
―Kiara

Don't worry, I'll find it. I'm a better tracker than you.
―Kiara to Kion

Of course not. Over the thorns is the way to go.
―Kiara

I won't argue that. Though you're the one who saw the tracks and figured out Mom jumped.
―Kiara to Kion

"The Lion Guard: The Rise of Scar"

It's not so boring if you're thirsty. Mom? Dad? Would it be okay if I tried to help Ma Tembo?
―Kiara

Okay, my future advisor. Let's go!
―Kiara to Makini

That was a good idea you had back there, Makini. I'm impressed.
―Kiara

I don't know what you're up to, Janja, but it's no good!
―Kiara

Thanks, guys. But I burned my paws on the steam vent. I can't move too fast.
―Kiara to the Lion Guard

"Timon and Pumbaa's Christmas"

Mom's right, Dad. I think you'll have fun.
―Kiara to Simba

Great! We can all leap together!
―Kiara

Merry Christmas, Kion!
―Kiara

It's pretty, though.
―Kiara on the Christmas tree

"The Underground Adventure"

Oh, no! I told you two not to call the Lion Guard for this.
―Kiara to Tiifu and Zuri

Like helping the Pride Landers deal with the threat of Scar.
―Kiara

Messy can be fun.
―Kiara

I think I'll stick with you two. Quieter fun.
―Kiara

We're fine. Tiifu, what happened? Kion said we were safe. Why did you run?
―Kiara

"The Queen's Visit"

Dad asked me to take Queen Dhahabu around the Pride Lands, as her royal escort.
―Kiara

Well, everyone in the Pride Lands is grateful for your help. This dry season is especially bad. So, you can see how important the water treaty is for us.
―Kiara to Dhahabu

Gotta admit, I don't know what the Pride Lands would do without the Lion Guard.
―Kiara

I know Tiifu and Zuri would also be honored to be your temporary guards.
―Kiara to Dhahabu

I do need to help prepare for tonight's event.
―Kiara

"Battle for the Pride Lands"

Kion, your face!
―Kiara

Good luck, Kion.
―Kiara

"Return to the Pride Lands"

No, Kion. You don't understand. Kovu has joined our pride. So has Vitani and the rest of Zira's pride.
―Kiara

So, Zira led an attack on the Pride Lands herself. But Kovu and I tried to stop her. We said we didn't need to fight because, as lions, we are one.
―Kiara

Looking at stars, Kion?
―Kiara

Maybe you can go back to the Tree of Life someday. I think Mom and Dad would understand.
―Kiara to Kion
