Kiara's presentation was the ceremony in which Kiara was anointed as Simba's heir to the throne of Pride Rock and formally presented to the animals of the Pride Lands.
Information[]
Background[]
Kiara was born to Simba and his mate, Nala. One day, Simba and Nala called their subjects to Pride Rock to pay homage to their daughter as the future queen of Pride Rock.[1]
The ceremony[]

Kiara is presented to the Pride Landers.
At dawn, Rafiki summoned the Pride Landers to Pride Rock for Kiara's presentation. Once all the animals had gathered, Simba and Nala approached with Kiara. Rafiki took Kiara into his arms and hoisted her into the air for all the gathered Pride Landers to see. In response, the Pride Landers rejoiced, and the spirit of Mufasa smiled down on Kiara from the heavens.
After a while, Rafiki lowered Kiara, marked her forehead with paint, and held her as Simba and Nala nuzzled her. Meanwhile, Timon and Pumbaa discussed their plans to raise Kiara, both oblivious to the fact that she was a girl. Rafiki gently informed the pair of the cub's gender, and they both fell over in dead faints.[1]
