―Jean Farrell[src]

Jean Farrell is a female human.

When Jean Farrell visited the jungle, she became fascinated by Timon and Pumbaa. Her interest in the duo grew so intense that she could not decide which one of them she wanted to study. Eventually, the two told her so many facts about meerkats and warthogs that she went crazy and was captured by two naturalists, who believed she was a wild woman.

Biography[]

Early life[]

At some point in her life, Jean Farrell became an animal behavioral scientist.[1]

Studying Timon and Pumbaa[]

While Pumbaa was fetching some bugs, he ran into Jean Farrell. The terrified warthog ran to Timon to tell him that he had seen a human. When Timon and Pumbaa got to her, Farrell described Pumbaa's appearance, saying that she found the warthog ugly yet charming. She then got annoyed by Timon's presence and threw the meerkat out of the way. Farrell suggested that in order to better understand Pumbaa, she needed to act like a warthog, which Pumbaa did not seem to like, as he believed she was after his bugs. Timon attempted to protect his friend but got thrown by Farrell once again.

TTAKAH Timon Pumbaa & Jean7

Jean Farrell becomes interested in studying both Timon and Pumbaa.

Farrell then gave Pumbaa a bag of bugs, which made the warthog no longer afraid of her. While Pumbaa enjoyed his food, Farrell decided to learn more about Timon, whom she nicknamed "Billy Bob," as she saw how "persistent" the meerkat was. The scientist then snatched the bag of bugs away from Pumbaa and gave it to Timon.

Pumbaa went to Timon and asked him if he could have the bugs. At first, Timon refused to give Pumbaa the bugs since Farrell would not let him do so, but he eventually decided to take a risk and give one to him anyway.

TTAKAH Jean & grubs2

Jean Farrell gets driven to insanity after Timon and Pumbaa tell her facts about meerkats and warthogs.

Farrell found both Timon and Pumbaa interesting but had a hard time deciding which one of them she wanted to study. She then decided to give up and leave the jungle. Therefore, it was up to Timon and Pumbaa to help her decide which of them she was going to study. As Farrell was getting packed, Timon and Pumbaa told her some "interesting" facts about meerkats and warthogs.

Annoyed, Farrell attempted to escape Timon and Pumbaa but continuously failed, as the two friends managed to return to her every time. The woman then went crazy and decided to study both of them. Two male naturalists saw Farrell acting crazy and caught her, thinking she was a wild woman of the jungle. As the men took Farrell away, Timon and Pumbaa expressed that they were going to miss her, as they believed she brought out the best in them.[1]

Physical appearance[]

Jean Farrell is a tall and slender woman. She has fair skin, brown hair that she keeps in a long tail, and blue eyes. She wears a tan collared shirt, dark green pants, gray socks, brown boots, and large glasses.[1]

Personality and traits[]

Jean Farrell is intelligent and loves to study wildlife. In order to better understand a certain animal, she needs to behave like that animal, as shown when she attempted to act like Pumbaa so she could understand a warthog's lifestyle. Although she was at first annoyed by Timon's presence, she began to like the meerkat and gained interest in studying him as well. Since she found both Timon and Pumbaa interesting, she could not decide which one of them to study. Eventually, Farrell went crazy, which made two male naturalists believe that she was a wild woman.[1]
