Use

In the soundtracks

"Elephant Graveyard" was released digitally on July 11, 2019, and will be released physically on July 19, 2019, as part of the soundtrack of The Lion King. It is one of nine scores from the release, in addition to "Rafiki's Fireflies", "Life's Not Fair", "Stampede", "Scar Takes the Throne", "Simba Is Alive!", "Reflections of Mufasa", "Battle for Pride Rock", and "Remember".

In the film

"Elephant Graveyard" first plays as young Simba and Nala discover the Elephant Graveyard. The score becomes fast-paced as the hyenas chase them through the Graveyard. The underscore then changes tone, becoming more somber, as Mufasa reprimands Simba and teaches him about the Great Kings of the Past.
