Essentially, the 'final cut' version focuses on making small improvements, bug fixes, and difficulty adjustments. So while the goal was to remain faithful to the original design and experience, the team took the opportunity to make some meaningful improvements for modern players, including camera system adjustments, tweaks to sword animations, and adjusting bosses for higher difficulty settings.

Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King is a video game inspired by The Lion King. It is a remastered version of the original 1994 video game. It was released on October 29, 2019.

Multiple Game Versions: Play through several different versions of the beloved Aladdin and The Lion King games that have been created over the years, including both console and handheld versions. An all-new “Final Cut” version of Aladdin, developed exclusively for this collection, is also included and features difficulty adjustments, camera refinements, bug fixes, as well as a few additional surprises for fans.

In addition to editions for modern consoles, the game has a retro edition. The Retro Retail editions and Legacy Cartridges became available for pre-order on October 24. The retro editions shipped on December 10, with the Legacy Cartridges shipping in early 2020.[3]
