Dembe is a male dung beetle.
Biography
Early life
Simba's return
When a tuft of Simba's mane drifted across the savanna, it was eaten, digested, and expelled from a giraffe. Dembe rolled a ball of the dung across the desert. However, it rolled down an incline and broke apart, releasing the hair to the wind.
Later, Dembe attended the presentation of Simba's newborn cub.[1]
Physical appearance
Dembe is a small dung beetle. He has a gleaming black shell, hairy legs, and black eyes.[1]

- Dembe is the narrator of the "Pride Lands Pedia" feature on Disney+.
- Dembe was voiced by Atticus Shaffer. Shaffer also voiced Ono in The Lion Guard.[2]
