No one is safe from the curse of the werehog!
―Creepy Fortune Teller[src]

Creepy Fortune Teller is a male human.

When Timon and Pumbaa visited London, Creepy Fortune Teller warned the duo about the werehog. His comments made Timon paranoid that Pumbaa was a werehog. Eventually, Creepy Fortune Teller brought the friends to his place, where he gave Pumbaa a potion to cure him.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Creepy Fortune Teller lived in London.[1]

Curing Pumbaa[]

Timon and Pumbaa were on vacation in London, England. Before they could enjoy their time, Creepy Fortune Teller appeared and warned the two friends about the werehog. When he disappeared, Pumbaa got goosebumps, while Timon stated that he would not let the man ruin his good mood.

Timon and Pumbaa went to a souvenir boutique, only to find out that the owner sold children who had been transformed into cobs. Timon then ran into Creepy Fortune Teller, who told the meerkat not to trust anyone, not even Pumbaa. He then claimed that Pumbaa might be the werehog. Timon refused to believe the man until Pumbaa told his friend about a weird dream he had had about wandering in the streets, hungry for human flesh, which made Timon believe Creepy Fortune Teller.

While Pumbaa took a nap, Timon wondered how he could tell whether or not Pumbaa was a werehog. He took out a book from his suitcase and read a page about werehogs, which stated that werehog attacks had been documented for centuries and that once a werehog tasted blood, it always went back for more. Timon then recalled the time Pumbaa had accidentally stepped on a thorny coconut while he and Timon were taking a walk in the jungle. The meerkat then wondered how he could cure his friend.

Later that night, while a couple enjoyed their midnight walk, they got attacked by the werehog. Overhearing the couple screaming, Timon woke up and found Pumbaa missing. This made him realize that his friend was the werehog and wanted to eat human flesh. Creepy Fortune Teller appeared and invited Timon and Pumbaa to his place in order to cure Pumbaa.

When Timon and Pumbaa arrived at Creepy Fortune Teller's place (which Pumbaa believed to be Buckingham Palace), they were introduced to his assistant, Shegor. Creepy Fortune Teller cured Pumbaa by making the warthog drink a potion. The man then suggested that Timon wait until nighttime to be sure that Pumbaa was cured from the curse. He also told the meerkat that, according to the legend, the werehog killed and ate the one he liked best on the third night of the full moon, much to Timon's terror.[1]

Physical appearance[]

Creepy Fortune Teller is a tall and skinny human. He has fair skin, a black beard and mustache, and black eyes. He wears a blue bandana, a blue vest, a long-sleeved yellow shirt, a red scarf, a black belt, gray pants, and black and white shoes.[1]

Personality and traits[]

Creepy Fortune Teller is wise but also intimidating and mysterious. He told Timon and Pumbaa about the legend of the werehog and warned them that they should watch out for one. He later convinced Timon that the beast might lie within his friend Pumbaa, much to the meerkat's fear. Creepy Fortune Teller is also very powerful, as he can appear through a bolt of lightning and create thunder, as seen when he cured Pumbaa, who was believed to be the werehog of London.[1]
