Count Down is a male human.

Initially, a spy was sent after Count Down, but Timon and Pumbaa accidentally knocked him unconscious. In an attempt to finish the spy's mission, Timon and Pumbaa followed Count Down to his lair, where he revealed his diabolical plan to destroy the sun so that everyone would buy his electric heaters. Just then, the original spy reappeared and defeated Count Down, thus saving Timon and Pumbaa.

Biography

Early life

Count Down lived in Monte Carlo. He plotted to destroy the sun so that people would be forced to buy his electric heaters.

Skirmish with Timon and Pumbaa

Count Down introduces himself to Timon and Pumbaa.

When Timon and Pumbaa arrived at Monte Carlo, they entered the casino, only to get thrown out by the owner. Afterward, a secret agent appeared and fought off some ninjas. After the spy defeated the ninjas, Pumbaa told him that he had forgotten his briefcase. This caused the spy to turn his head, run into a wall, fall down the stairs, and get knocked unconscious. With the spy out of commission, Timon and Pumbaa decided to become secret agents and finish the spy's routines, which were to beat someone at Go Fish and stop the bad guy from fulfilling his diabolical plan.

When Timon and Pumbaa re-entered the casino, they met Count Down and played Go Fish with him. Count Down won the game and left to unleash his plan. Timon and Pumbaa tried to follow the man with their spy car but were unable to control the vehicle. The car sent them flying into the air, after which they landed on Count Down's car and were carried to his secret lair.

Timon and Pumbaa disguised themselves as ninjas in order to not get caught, but Count Down recognized Timon and so sent his ninjas after the duo. When Pumbaa defeated the ninjas by making them fall into a hole, the warthog fell as well, leaving Timon to stop Count Down on his own. During his confrontation with Count Down, Timon tried to open his briefcase but accidentally pushed a button that destroyed the briefcase and trapped him.

Count Down is defeated.

Count Down explained his diabolical plan to Timon, which was to destroy the sun so that everyone would buy his electric heaters. Pumbaa then showed up in his female disguise and convinced Count Down that he would love to have some of his heat. But when Timon tried to get Pumbaa to free him, Count Down trapped the warthog and was about to shoot the two friends. Pumbaa told Timon that he had been right when he had told him that getting involved in the spy business was a bad idea, which made Timon admit his mistake.

Suddenly, one of Count Down's ninjas revealed himself to be the secret agent from earlier and stopped Count Down from destroying the sun and shooting Timon and Pumbaa. After Count Down was defeated, the spy told Timon and Pumbaa that he had been pretending to be unconscious so that they could distract Count Down while he sabotaged his headquarters. Pumbaa then realized that Timon had been right about getting involved in the spy business after all, even though the meerkat had not known what he was doing. Just then, Timon accidentally pushed a button that destroyed the Earth, which made Pumbaa tell his friend that it would hurt to know what he was doing.

Count Down is a tall, slender, and deep-chested man. He has pale skin, white hair, and pupil-less eyes. He wears a maroon coat with a white undershirt, dark blue pants, and black shoes.

Count Down is evil and scheming. He is considerably ambitious and selfish, as he planned to destroy the sun so that everyone would buy his electric heaters. He had romantic feelings for Pumbaa's female disguise. He was willing to kill Timon and Pumbaa due to their efforts to stop his plan.
