This is the scene where Simba was playing on Scar's tail. But It was never added into the final version.
You can find this storyboard here:

The Shenzi Clan has 200 hyenas, and a hyena clan in that number took the Pride Lands to hell
So check out the new version of the Song [Be Prepared]
Scar: I know that your powers of retention
Are as wet as a warthog's backside
But thick as you are, pay attention!
My words are a matter of pride
It's clear from your vacant expressions
The lights are not all on upstairs
But we're talking kings and successions
Even you can't be caught unawares!
So, prepare for the chance of a lifetime
Be prepared for sensational news
A shining, new era
Is tiptoeing nearer
Shenzi: And where do we feature?
Scar: Just listen to teacher
I know it sounds sordid
But you'll be rewarded
When at last, I am given my dues
And injustice deliciously squared
Scar/Clan of 20 Vultures: Be prepared!
[Speech]
Banzai: Yeah, be prepared! We'll be prepared! For what?
Scar: For the death of the king!
Banzai: Why? Is he sick?
Scar: No, fool, we're gonna kill him. And Simba, too.
Shenzi: Great idea! Who needs a king?
Shenzi and Banzai: No king! No king! La-la-la-la-la-la!
Scar: Idiots! There will be a king!
Banzai: Hey, but you said, uh...
Scar: I will be king! Stick with me, and you'll never go hungry again!
Shenzi: Yay! All right! Long live the king!
Clan of 20 Vultures: Long live the king! Long live the king!
Clan of 20 Vultures: King, king, king, king, king, king!
It's great that we'll soon be connected
With a king who'll be all time adored
Scar: Of course, quid pro quo, you're expected
To take certain duties on board
The future is littered with prizes
And though I'm the main addressee
The point that I must emphasize is
YOU WON'T GET A SNIFF WITHOUT ME!!!
Scar: So prepare for the coup of the century
Be prepared for the murkiest scam (Clan of 20 Vultures: Oooh... la, la, la!)
Meticulous planning (Clan of 20 Vultures: We'll have food!)
Tenacity spanning (Clan of 20 Vultures: Lots of food!)
Decades of denial (Clan of 20 Vultures: We repeat!)
Is simply why I'll (Clan of 20 Vultures: Endless meat!)
Be king undisputed
Respected, saluted
And seen for the wonder I am
Yes, my teeth and ambitions are bared
Scar/Clan of 20 Vultures: Be prepared!
Shenzi/Banzai/Ed/Clan of 20 Vultures: Yes, our teeth and ambitions are bared
Scar/Shenzi/Banzai/Ed/Clan of 20 Vultures: Be prepared!

So in the original film we are shown scar’s lair
But what if I tell you it is actually the lion guard’s lair?
First of all: this is possible, as scar was the last leader of it, and there wasn’t any active lion guard at the time.
Now the proof
So when simba leaves scar’s lair, he is seen taking this path.
Wich would be there in pride rock.
Now, when kion, simba, bunga and Rafiki go to the lair, they take the same path.
And remember before Rafiki let the light in, the lair looked like this. Almost exactly like scar’s
What do you think?

What if there’s a dance animation test of the KH2 Timon model? I would really love to see Timon shaking his tail, which is the best dance move for him.
I probably don’t even know how to animate him.
This is the KH2 Timon model.
Here are the steps:
1. Timon walks and stops at the middle place to dance.
2. Timon spins around.
3. Timon shakes his tail.
4. Timon uses his tail to whip.
5. Timon does a worm dance.
6. Timon rolls over.
7. Timon butt bouncing.
8. Timon rolls like a ball.
9. Timon hopping.
10. Timon cartwheels.
11. Timon does jumping jacks.
12. Timon flaps his arms.
13. Timon flossing.
14. Timon does the dab.
15. Timon handstands.
16. Timon moonbutt hopping.
17. Timon head spinning.
18. Timon flipping.
19. Timon moonwalking.
20. Timon wiggle his tail again.
21. Timon put his hand on his back and pushed his hips forward.
22. Timon breakdancing.
23. Timon takes a bow and walks away.
Here's the page to get him first.
If you have any pose animation like Blender, GMod or others, try animating the KH2 Timon model please, follow the steps very carefully, and let me know it's done, okay?
By the way, this model of Timon is my favorite. Thank you, people.

So...what if Mufasa and Scar were not brothers? This would make an easier understanding of Nala's dad being Scar (because the rule of thumb is 2 male lions have to rule a Pride to prevent incest, maybe when Kiara and Kovu got married Kovu fathered some cubs with Simba fathering others).
Mufasa is married to Sarabi but...
Mated with Dwala, Diku and Naada
Scar is not married to anyone but mated with...
Sarafina
Adea
Sofi
Tish
Note: This is NOT a canon story. It's just a fanfiction of how the Lion king should explain itself. The word "brother" also comes from the word "teammate" in my fanfiction, because Mufasa and Scar were such a team as cubs they considered themselves brothers.
Okay, okay, I didn’t mean to make that named after the Spin Doctors song. Seriously.
Anywho, this What-If? was suggested by Jakeisaliveyay, what if Mufasa had another son?
It was shortly before the scene where Mufasa teaches Simba. A young cub, who isn’t Simba, lay besides another one of Mufasa’s wives, Sofi. This little cub was Mufasa’s second son, and Simba’s half-brother. Restless, energetic Simba ran across to the opening, waking up his half-brother.
Now, the young cub was named Babu, grandfather. Quietly, he woke up to follow the other prince. “Isn’t it great!” the elder shouts, smiling next to his half-brother. “It’s, it’s okay I guess,” Babu answered, in an unsure manner. Simba ran back in, eager for his lesson. Babu was never a jealous creature, but he did get envious feelings at times.
————
During Simba’s lessons, the younger cub would observe his mother on hunts. Sofi was stealthy; before she leaped at a grazing antelope, her camouflaged, tawny body quietly stalked below the grass. Babu noticed Rafiki in his tree. “Good morning, Rafiki,” he said, smiling. “How are you today?” Rafiki heard his call, and looked down. “Oh, the next prince! I’m fine.” the mandrill answered. Rafiki tried to refuse the urge to talk about the roar, speaking of Scar’s ruthless massacre.
Well, it wasn’t long before that would come to use. Simba and Nala were going to the watering hole, and Babu was allowed to come. However, he was frequently ignored. Tired of no attention, he walked away, which lead him to the elephant graveyard. Scar watched, noticing how poor the prince was.
Scar had been angry about Simba up until now, but with a second prince, he had to bring his A-game. If he would kill the crown prince and the king, Babu would have to be murdered first, or brainwashed.
The idea came.
———
A stampede caught Simba quickly. Mufasa rushed to save him. Babu could only watch, struggling in a prison made from the rib cage of an unfortunate zebra. Scar sadistically laughed. “Poor little boy,” he snickered, “trying to get back to his mother and father.”
Babu snarled, “I know you did this. You always had a grudge against my dad and my half-brother. Dad always blabbed about it.” The young prince was smart from an early age, but had a weak sort of defense against the remarks. The exiled lion laughed, and soon Babu let his roar come out.
But the wildebeest slowly moved away from Mufasa and Simba. Scar flung backwards near the canyon. And the rib cage was gone in a few seconds. The clouds formed into lions, it was not like anything he had seen before. Babu looked to the sky. “What just happened?” he said.
He had the roar. And Scar could do almost anything with it.
“Ahh, my little friend has a power, I see,” the future tyrant chuckled, climbing up the cliff. “You know, I would spare your life if you joined my side, and not end up in the demise of your father and half-brother. You could use the roar to get your way, and you know, you could even be the next king.”
Babu was interested, and climbed upward toward his nose.
“Alright.” the cub murmured. After minutes and minutes went by, Mufasa climbed to the top. In a struggle, Scar taunted him with no remorse. Babu watched. How could he let go his father, but how could he die? Finally, Scar stared at Simba, with a sinister smile, and said, “Long live the king.”
The younger prince just lost his father. But he could be king once and for all. Scar killed his father, so he ran off to live with a nearby pride.
He knew he would come back one day to avenge his place.
Like Scar promised.
———
The sun rose, but the sun rays were not coming through a thick layer of clouds. Still, no difference to the Pridelands. It was gloomy as always. Babu was the only one that seemed happy that day. Besides Scar and some hyenas. Cheers arose from a circle around him, and below the young male was a dark-maned lion, with a visible cut across his throat.
“Lions, I am your new leader!” he announced, with the applause. However, the lion he was standing on seemed lifeless, so definitely no sound from his mouth. Babu was working hard to earn a title as king, so he could double his pride. Just imagine if he overthrew Scar, or if Scar died when he got back…all those lions.
The young lion climbed to a stone and sat on it. The lions watched, with great interest in their new leader. But something disrupted the pride. Something in the distance. Or some things. A warthog, a meerkat, and something like a lion, but definitely older than Babu himself.
The edge of the Pridelands was dusty, ratty, and hot. The lion and warthog stopped, yet the meerkat kept running. “Who are you?” the elder roared. Babu recognized that voice. That smile. That face. “SIMBA?!” the new leader cried. Simba exactly knew what he meant. “Babu?” the two brothers rejoiced, giving each other nuzzles.
They didn’t know the affection would soon come to a pause.
The lionesses in Babu’s pride, however, hissed and roared. They saw Simba as a threat. The cubs beside them stared with great hatred. Simba awkwardly smiled, followed by the warthog screaming insults at the lionesses in defense of his buddy. “Pumbaa…” Simba rolled his eyes.
Babu wanted to ask Simba why he was here, so he could reassure his pride. He asked, “Why are you here? You disappeared when I was a cub.” Simba answered, “I need to defeat Scar. He’s not treating this place like it should be. I was doubtful at first, but then I got some sense knocked into me. This is my kingdom.”
Up until the word “kingdom”, Babu was fine, but then an urge of violence flashed through. He was going to stop Scar. He was going to be king. He was going to end this famine. In a while, the two brothers scratched each other with great anger.
A great argument started. (bold for Simba, italicized for Babu)
“I need to stop Scar. He said I was the rightful king.”
”I can’t believe you are saying that from the one you are battling.”
“I would rule two prides, and be a much better king. We can get younger kings. It doesn’t always have to be an older sibling.”
“You may have good intentions, but you probably never talked to Mufasa. You didn’t even see the middle of the Pridelands. It’s even worse than out here.”
“So what if it’s worse there? I have seen the famine, and I can begin a new royal line. I know Mufasa, and just because I have not seen his ghost yet does not mean I’m the unfitting king. Shamans are the ones meant to be connected with the afterlife.”
“I must fight for this throne because you are saying something you took advice from your enemy.”
“What makes you so special, anyway?”
“You have the roar, that’s enough.”
“I could be a great king.”
“Yes, but I think I’d make a better king. I know the laws better, and I’ve spoken with Mufasa about this. You can help me rule if you like, but you seem greedy. You already have tons of wives and a pride. Do you need more? No.”
Babu pounced on Simba, with the crowd both gasping and cheering for Babu. Simba slowly won more with his punches and debates, until the elder pinned his brother. “You don’t need more. I can understand the royalty and fairness part, but look,” Simba panted. “You battled a king Ahadi’s age, and won. Half of these lionesses are probably your wives. You already have people who love you. You can get more, but you don’t need more. I’ve heard about the legend of the roar, and you have that too. You’re fine just as you are.”
The younger brother closed his eyes, and shook Simba off. He bowed, and the lions slowly left. Simba won his respect, but although he had a sick feeling. He had plenty of people on his side, did he need his younger’s respect?
Simba needed to fix up his relationship with his brother after he won his title of king.

I found these on Instagram
I am not sure if anyone on this fandom has seen the Avatar franchise as well, but my favorite villain in that series is Zaheer, an anarchist rebel who wishes to bring down the governments of the world, believing them to be corrupt, incompetent, and oppressive by nature.
This raises an interesting idea, on if they made such a villain for the Lion King franchise as well. When animals try to break the circle of life they do so for selfish reasons, but it would be curious to see if they introduced a villain who believed that having a monarchy in the Pride Lands was also against the circle of life and tried to take over the Pride Lands, but totally free it.
