Blockhead is a male rhinoceros.
Blockhead hogged a water hole in the jungle, driving off any animals who approached. In order to help the thirsty animals, Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa lured Blockhead to a slab of reflective stone. Thinking his reflection was another rhinoceros, Blockhead charged. However, when he struck the stone and it did not break, he left to find territory elsewhere.

Early life[]
Blockhead lived in the jungle.[1]
Skirmish with Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa[]
Blockhead chased a troop of mandrills away from his water hole. Following this frightful encounter, the troop spread rumors about a mysterious guardian of the lake, and Blockhead gained a reputation for being a fearsome water-hog.
Not long after this, Simba and his friends, Timon and Pumbaa, were warned not to go near the water hole. Curious, the three explored the deserted water hole and ran right into Blockhead, who chased them away from his water source. The rhinoceros managed to chase Simba up a tree, but Pumbaa distracted Blockhead by biting his tail. Enraged, the rhinoceros redirected his anger at Pumbaa and chased him away from Simba's tree. During the chase, Pumbaa got an idea and moved out of Blockhead's way just in time for the rhinoceros to fall into a mud wallow.
Blockhead remained in the cool mud, rolling and splashing. Simba, who was watching from a distance, decided to get rid of the rhinoceros before the other animals died of thirst. Teaming up with the other bullied creatures, Simba and his friends lured Blockhead to a slab of reflective rock, where he caught sight of his own appearance and charged. After crashing head-on into the rock, Blockhead believed himself to have been defeated and so left to find new territory.[1]
Physical appearance[]
Blockhead is a massive, powerfully built rhinoceros. He has pale bluish-gray skin, with speckles on his sides. He has two horns, one of which is longer and larger than the other. His eyes are orange with yellow sclerae.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Blockhead is supremely selfish and antagonistic, and often uses his physical strength to his advantage. If anyone so much as approached his water hole, he chased them off with his twin horns. Though his rage is extreme, a simple dip in the mud is enough to calm him down.[1]
